In addition to the full-time teachers above, the school has more than 50 adjunct lecturers, who were specialists of general education, basic medical scientists and clinical medical scientists （physicians）. Most of the medical scientists were from Yamaguchi University Graduate School of Medicine.
The school contracted with many hospitals and medical facilities, where students of all years carried out clinical practices with 1st year students performing foundation level practices, 2nd year students carrying out experienced clinical practice, 3rd year students studying clinical evaluation and 4th year students performing all aspects of clinical practice.
